On April 15^th, 2005, INON Inc. release following accessories for Olympus 「PT-026」(*1) which is genuine water-proof housing for 『μ-40 (*1)』.

「AD Mount Base・PT-026」 on PT-026 / μ-40


With these accessories, wide variety of INON products like 「『AD Mount Series』 Attachment Lens」 or 「External strobe like『D-2000』」 can be mounted on the camera system. (*2)。

「AD Mount Base・PT-026」 enables Olympus「μ-40/PT-026」 to have INON 『AD Mount Series』 Attachment Lens; 「Fish-eye Conversion Lens UFL-165AD」, 「 Wide Conversion Lens UWL-105AD」 or 「UCL-165AD Close-up Lens」.

External Auto Strobe 「D-2000」 is mounted on PT-026 via 「Grip Base D�U・with Rubber Grip D」 and 「Optical  D Cable/Cap W18 Set」 .
With 【S-TTL Auto Metering System】 of 『D-2000』, an image of correct exposure can be easily obtained without complicated setting.  Existing external auto strobe is hard to get correct exposure when using with point and shoot digital camera like 『μ-40』.
「D-2000」employs fiber optics connection which is free from flooding problem and also easy for upgrading to dual strobe configuration.
Additional 「Grip Base D�V・with Rubber Grip D」 and 「Optical D Cable」 allow you to have dual strobe configuration.  Now INON products offer wide adaptability from 『Fish-eye shot』 to『 Ultra Macro shot』 for Olympus「μ-40」 + Olympus「PT-026」.
